Appointments

(705-706-4173) DO NOT TEXT, Texting not available. Booking 3 weeks in advance is advised to avoid disappointment.
Parking & Arrival
Please park in front of the house on the boulevard, during the winter months please park on the driveway. The spa is at the back of the house so please walk up the driveway, through the breezeway (between the house and the garage) to the backyard, along the path, up the deck and into the spa entrance. Please arrive 5 mins prior to your appointment. Due to the small space earlier than 5 mins arrival it is requested you wait in your vehicle or on the deck . The door will be locked during appointments and for cleaning + disinfecting between clients.
Late Arrival
If you are running late for your scheduled appointment(s) please call to inform if you will be more than 5 mins late. In consideration of the next guest your treatment(s) will be adjusted for the time frame remaining, full charges still apply. If your service cannot be performed in the time remaining you will be required to pay the cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy
In consideration of others it is required to provide 24hrs notice to cancel, change or rescheduled your services(s). Please keep in mind that No Show/ last minute cancellations are subject to pay 50% of the service(s) reserved in order to continue booking future treatments.
Multiple Service Booking Policy
If you are booking 3 or more hours of services, or your services are a value of $250 or more all on the same day (1 visit) we require a non - refundable 50% deposit and will require 48hrs notice to cancel, change or reschedule services booked. We will reach out to you if your booking falls under the multi service booking to receive deposit and remind you of the policy for multiple service booking.
Guests
Due to the small space only the person receiving the treatment is permitted in the spa at the time of the service.
Payment Methods
Currently accepting cash, debit, visa and mastercard only. No longer accepting E-transfer payments. Not currently accepting any other Credit Cards other than visa and mastercard (NO AMEX, ETC). Please bring an accepted payment method to your appointment. Payment of service(s) is due upon completion of services/ at the time of purchases of products and gift certificates.
Taxes & Gratuities
Prices listed do not include taxes or gratuities. Taxes will be added to your bill at the time of checkout. All services and products are subject to HST (13%). Gratuities are not expected, but are greatly appreciated. You may leave a gratuity at your own discretion and in any accepted payment method of your choice.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for purchase. They can be redeemed for services or products. No refunds are provided for gift certificates.
